What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our products and expect our customers to put them through their paces. So we back each of our products with a no-questions asked "you break it, we replace it" structural warranty. As for the finish, we warranty the finish to be free from defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
We are not responsible for any loss due to users failing to ensure that the mount or any mounting screws are properly installed and tight prior to and during use.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns of unused mounts within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which we will deduct from the amount refunded. Please email cattailusa@outlook.com within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to obtain return authorization and a return shipping label. Any refunds will be processed within 3 business days of our receipt of the return.
